Energy audits and energy-efficiency certification of buildings

Summary

The Generalitat Valenciana’s central purchasing body is establishing a four-year dynamic purchasing system for energy services in buildings used by the public administration, its public-sector entities and participating organisations. The estimated ceiling is EUR 10.1 million, with approximately 1,250 buildings expected to require assessment or review. The three lots cover combined energy audits and energy-efficiency certificates, audits only, or certificates only, including registration in the relevant energy-certification register.
