Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of media technology for lecture room H14 and the Audimax at Hochschule Flensburg, divided into two lots. Lot 1 concerns a complete networked media, video, camera, control and recording system for H14, together with equipment for hybrid seminar rooms. Lot 2 concerns new projection screens and professional sound systems for H14 and the Audimax, with optional stage lighting for the Audimax. The supplier must deliver complete, operational systems, including accessories, cabling, mounting materials, configuration, testing, documentation, handover and user training where specified. Hardware must be delivered by 10 December 2026; installation, programming, commissioning and acceptance are scheduled for 1–28 February 2027. Price is weighted at 30%, while references and project experience, personnel competence, and the support and customer-service concept account for the remaining 70%. Participation requires the relevant references, qualified personnel, manufacturer or equivalent technical qualifications, a service concept, German-language project delivery and a mandatory site visit before submission. Offers may be submitted for one or both lots.
