Summary

GIZ is procuring advisory services in Iraq to improve access to inclusive financial services for self-employed people and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, including businesses in the green and digital economy. The work covers assessing and supporting up to four financial service providers, developing, testing and launching new or adapted financial products, and training financial institution staff. The objective is to introduce at least three new or adapted financial services, benefiting 50 businesses and 950 individuals. The scope also includes monitoring, reporting and communications activities, with the anticipated service period ending on 31 December 2028.
