Summary

The tender concerns the dismantling and renewal of the building automation system in the old building section of the German Museum of Technology at Trebbiner Str. 8–9 in Berlin. It is a works contract with an intended performance period from 4 January 2027 to 30 June 2029 and a tender deadline of 13 October 2026. The bidder must demonstrate an average annual net turnover of at least EUR 200,000 from comparable building automation works over the last three financial years, an average workforce of at least 10 employees, and at least one reference completed within the last five years for a new building automation installation with a net value of at least EUR 150,000. Tenders must be submitted electronically. Site safety, fire safety and visitor protection requirements, as well as Berlin labour-tariff and wage requirements, must be observed.
