Maintenance cleaning of the Lübeck Administrative Centre

Summary

Gebäudemanagement Schleswig-Holstein is procuring routine cleaning services for the Lübeck administrative centre. The scope covers standard cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, entrance areas, corridors, stairways, sanitary facilities, kitchens, laboratories and detention cells, as well as call-off services such as disinfection, specialist cleaning, polishing, cleaning cover and replenishment of supplies. The contract is scheduled to start on 1 April 2027 and run indefinitely, with a possible ordinary termination after six years.
