Framework agreement for the supply of toner and ink cartridges

Summary

The City of Kiel is procuring a framework agreement in two lots: Lot 1 covers toner and Lot 2 ink cartridges. The contractor must deliver ordered products to locations designated by the buyer within Kiel, generally within five working days of receiving an order. Delivery is free of charge, including packaging and shipping; defective or incorrectly delivered goods must be collected and replaced at no charge, generally within five working days. The initial term runs from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029, with one buyer’s option to extend it by 12 months, until 31 January 2030. Estimated quantities do not oblige the buyer to purchase them.
