Waldschule Primary School Renovation, Phase 1 – Ventilation Works

Summary

The City of Salzgitter is procuring ventilation installation for the first-floor renovation of the Waldschule, serving interior toilet rooms and a break room. The works include a central supply and extract ventilation system with heat recovery, ductwork, air terminals, insulation, installation and commissioning, together with system documentation and an initial hygiene inspection. Maintenance for four years after acceptance is included as an option that the contracting authority may choose not to order; the procurement is not divided into lots.
