Summary

The tender covers the maintenance, repair and inspection of smoke and heat exhaust systems and fire door hold-open systems in various buildings in Berlin Mitte. Smoke and heat exhaust systems must be serviced annually and fire door hold-open systems inspected annually; the contractor must also provide 24-hour fault response, maintain equipment logbooks and submit updated equipment lists. The estimated contract value is EUR 323,353 excluding VAT, with a start date of 1 January 2027 and an initial term of four years with two possible one-year extensions.
