New North Fire Station – roofing and sheet-metal works

Summary

The City of Hattingen is procuring roofing, waterproofing and sheet-metal works for the new North Fire Station. The scope includes waterproofing approximately 925 m² of floor slab and roofing approximately 530 m² over the ground floor and 490 m² over the upper floor, including insulation, extensive green-roof areas, a 90 m² roof terrace, drainage, smoke-ventilation skylights, parapet cappings and roof-safety systems. The works also include associated site setup and hourly-rate work.
