Supply of hardware for Hyper-V failover cluster

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of hardware for a Microsoft Hyper-V failover cluster in two lots. Each lot covers two Dell PowerEdge R7725 servers, a Huawei OceanStor Dorado 2020 or equivalent shared-storage solution with the required accessories and licences, and Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Datacenter licensing for 64 cores. Installation, configuration, commissioning, migration and operational services are excluded. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, and each lot will be awarded separately. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026; bidder questions are due by 6 October 2026 at 09:00, and bids remain binding until 20 November 2026. Delivery must take place as soon as possible and no later than calendar week 47 of 2026. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must submit the required price sheets, declarations, register or prequalification evidence, and comply with the tariff, minimum-pay and equal-pay obligations.
