Cleaning and caretaker services

Summary

The Hamburg Public Libraries Foundation is procuring services for its central library and administration, 32 branch libraries, book buses and related facilities in Hamburg under four lots: routine and special cleaning; upholstery, carpet, linoleum and rubber-floor cleaning; caretaker and technical services, mainly plumbing; and glass and frame cleaning of approximately 8,000 m². The contract is planned to start on 1 April 2027 for four years, with an option to extend for up to a further six years.
