Natural gas supply to the Municipality of Stahnsdorf, 2027–2029

Summary

The procurement is for the supply of natural gas to 19 consumption points belonging to the Municipality of Stahnsdorf from 1 January 2027 to 1 January 2030. Estimated consumption is approximately 2,026,000 kWh per year. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 13:00 on 30 October 2026. Price is the sole award criterion, and an electronic auction will take place between 4 and 19 November 2026. Bidders must provide evidence of registration in the relevant business register or entitlement to trade, turnover information for the last three financial years both overall and in the natural-gas sector, and at least two references for comparable supplies, normally from 2023–2025. No minimum turnover is specified. The bid must also include the required exclusion-ground declarations and, where applicable, details and commitments for subcontractors and other entities whose capacity is relied upon.
