Summary

The tender covers the supply and installation of composite linoleum flooring and solid wood parquet in a listed building in Berlin as part of the renovation of the vehicle registration office at Jüterboger Straße 3. The works include removing adhesive residues, preparing surfaces, installing 5,650 m² of foam-backed composite linoleum, stair flooring, 4,400 m of wooden skirting boards, 325 m² of solid wood strip parquet and four entrance mat systems. The works are scheduled from 01 January 2027 to 30 June 2027. The contract is not divided into lots. Employees assigned to the project must undergo a Berlin police reliability check within one week after contract award, and the vehicles used for the company’s works must be registered.
