Supply of business laptops

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of 80 professional business laptops for Unfallversicherung Bund und Bahn. The devices must meet the technical minimum requirements in the tender documents, including requirements for the processor, memory, storage, display, connectivity, security and at least 36 months of manufacturer service. Delivery must take place in 2026 to Wilhelmshaven. The bidder must demonstrate professional competence and capacity and submit the required technical evidence and completed price sheet. The offer must be submitted electronically through the federal e-procurement platform, in German, by 26 October 2026 and remain valid until 9 November 2026. Alternative offers are not permitted. Among offers meeting all minimum requirements, the lowest total price will be selected; price accounts for 100% of the evaluation.
