Open-house discount agreements 2026-18

Summary

The health insurers HEK and/or hkk are seeking discount agreements with pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, combinations, dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products specified for each lot. Where the contract does not provide otherwise, it covers all substitutable finished medicinal products supplied by the contracting partner. The open-house procedure allows eligible companies to join during the contract period, which runs for up to 24 months and ends no later than 30 November 2028, subject to lot-specific dates.
