Fire suppression system works for the new Heart Centre at Heidelberg University Hospital
Summary
The contract covers the design, supply, installation and commissioning of fire suppression systems for the new Heart Centre and Informatics for Life building at Heidelberg University Hospital. The works include the sprinkler water supply and pump room, pipework and sprinklers, system monitoring, fire-rated pipe penetrations and fire-protective pipe insulation. Testing, documentation and maintenance under a contract covering years 1 to 4 are also included. Bids must be submitted electronically through Vergabeportal-BW by 30 October 2026 at 11:00. The submission must include a completed schedule of works in PDF and GAEB formats, the offer letter, pricing calculation Form 221 or 222, and the required declarations concerning suitability, subcontracting, consortium membership, reliance on other companies’ capacities, wood, minimum pay and EU sanctions. Forms 233, 234, 235 and 248 must be submitted even when they do not apply. Prices must be stated in euros net of VAT; alternative bids are not permitted.
