Framework agreement for various mattresses and mattress covers

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for supplying various mattresses and mattress covers, including vandal-resistant mattresses, to the LVR facilities. It is divided into two lots and bids may be submitted for one or both lots. The contract is planned for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, with a possible one-year extension to 31 December 2028. Deliveries must normally be made within six calendar weeks of an order; deliveries of six or more mattresses are free of charge. Lot 1 covers foam mattresses and covers in various sizes and materials, including polyurethane-coated polyester, Trevira CS and mixed covers. The bidder must submit a complete electronic tender in German, fill in all positions for the selected lot, provide the required certificates, expert reports, environmental evidence, insurance proof and suitability information, and be able to support the specified delivery and service obligations. Price accounts for 40% and quality for 60%.
