External monitoring of construction materials for the right-bank Elbe dike, Magdeburg-Cracau, km 40.4–42.1

Summary

The State Agency for Flood Protection and Water Management of Saxony-Anhalt is procuring independent monitoring of construction materials for works on the right-bank Elbe dike at Magdeburg-Cracau, between km 40.4 and 42.1. The dike works cover approximately 1,025 m, including sections of about 0.91 km and 0.64 km, and involve earthworks, an asphalt inspection path, sheet piling, concrete and landscaping. The monitoring service includes taking and testing soil, asphalt and concrete samples; the construction period is 18 months per section.
