Framework agreement for the supply of notebooks for the TFA

Summary

The tender covers the purchase of notebooks for the Technical Tax Office of the State of Brandenburg under a framework agreement running until 31 December 2027. The devices must be offered in two 16-inch performance classes: performance class 1 is intended for mobile work and must have a robust metal display cover; performance class 2 must allow the USB-C socket to be replaced with standard tools without soldering. The base package includes the notebook, a docking station with power supply and cable, a bag or backpack, a wired USB mouse and keyboard, and a standard mouse with operating system. The estimated initial 2026 call-off is 1,000 class 1 notebooks and 2,050 class 2 notebooks, to be delivered and invoiced by 18 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted in German electronically by 28 September 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 30% of the evaluation and quality for 70%.
