Mobile three-axis manipulators

Summary

The tender covers the supply, commissioning, instruction and documentation of electrically powered mobile systems for internal material handling, load positioning, work at height and manual pallet movement. Six equipment groups are included: heavy- and medium-duty three-axis manipulators, a telescopic loader with boom function, a self-propelled electric scissor lift, manual pallet trucks and compact electric stackers. The equipment must be suitable for workshop, logistics, infrastructure and outdoor use and must meet the detailed minimum technical and safety requirements. The bidder must submit a complete priced tender in euros excluding VAT, manufacturer and product information, a detailed technical specification, conformity and safety documentation, battery and charging details where applicable, a service and maintenance plan, delivery and warranty information, and evidence of the required instruction and commissioning. Equipment must be delivered ready for operation, commissioned and handed over with functional testing. Training must be provided in German for at least 2 hours per equipment group. The required response time for faults is no more than 2 hours. Minimum warranty periods are 24 months or 2,000 operating hours for smaller equipment and 18 months or 1,500 operating hours for equipment in the 6–8 tonne class. All mandatory technical requirements are pass/fail compliance requirements. The award is based solely on price among tenders meeting all mandatory requirements. The submission deadline is 5 October 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically in German unless another language is expressly permitted.
