Notebooks and accessories

Summary

The District Office of Ludwigsburg is procuring notebooks and computer accessories through a four-lot framework agreement. The lots cover 16-inch standard notebooks, 14-inch standard notebooks, 12–14-inch convertible notebooks, and accessories: docking stations, USB hubs, mice and keyboards, webcams, cables, notebook bags and cable locks. The estimated quantity is 2,700 notebooks across the three notebook classes; accessory quantities are estimates and do not guarantee a minimum order. The initial contract term is 12 months, with up to three options to extend for one year each. Orders will be placed according to need. The maximum gross framework values are €1,300,000, €1,500,000, €1,800,000 and €400,000 for the respective lots. For Lots 1–3, price accounts for 80% and quality for 20% of the evaluation; for Lot 4, price is the sole award criterion. Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots. The submission deadline is 13 October 2026 at 10:00. Bidders must submit the required forms, price sheets for the lots bid for, and product data sheets, and offer products that meet all mandatory technical and legal requirements. At least one qualifying reference project is required for Lots 1–3; no reference is required for Lot 4.
