Renovation and extension of Alte Wanne – structural works

Summary

The City of Georgsmarienhütte is procuring structural works for the renovation and extension of the listed Alte Wanne sports hall and youth centre at Hochstraße 2. The scope covers earthworks, demolition, drainage, concrete and reinforced-concrete works, masonry, underpinning and waterproofing for both the new building section and the existing building. The extension will be built on the south side of the sports hall and includes approximately 270 m² of above-ground usable area and 23 m² of basement usable area.
