Routine, deep and special cleaning of schools and sports halls in the Havelland district

Summary

The tender covers routine, deep and special cleaning of the schools and sports halls of the Havelland district. It is divided into two lots: schools and sports halls in eastern Havelland and in western Havelland; bids may cover more than one lot. Routine cleaning includes floors, furniture, doors, glazing, sanitary and kitchen areas, waste separation and replenishment of dispensers. Deep cleaning covers textile and non-textile floor coverings, neutralisation, protective treatment and cleaning of furnishings and wet areas. Special cleaning covers post-construction and post-renovation cleaning, including the removal of construction dust, paint splashes, mortar, plaster, silicone residues, protective films and stickers. The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 5 October 2026 at 10:00. Alternative bids are not permitted. The submission must include the required price sheets, hourly cost calculation, offer letter, company information, declarations on cleaning products and the hygiene concept, and a concept of no more than 30 A4 pages excluding the cover page, table of contents and annexes. Failure to submit the concept excludes the bid from evaluation. Award criteria are gross price, the concept and annual routine-cleaning hours. The offer must follow the technical specification, including manufacturers’ cleaning instructions, dosing requirements and the four-colour system. Participation requires the financial, professional and technical evidence described below, with several thresholds applying separately to each lot.
