Geophysical support for geotechnical preliminary investigations for offshore wind farms in zones 4 and 5 of the German North Sea exclusive economic zone under the FEP

Summary

The tender concerns support and supervision of geophysical geotechnical preliminary investigations for offshore wind farms in zones 4 and 5 of the German North Sea exclusive economic zone. The work includes project management, continuous presence on the survey vessel, mobilisation and survey-campaign checks, quality control of SBP and UUHR MCS data, checking data packages and final reports, and preparing documentation. In 2027, area N16A is planned to cover 3,770 profile kilometres with an estimated 114 offshore days; in 2028, area N16B is planned to cover 4,050 profile kilometres with an estimated 124 offshore days. The bidder must provide the required project manager, at least 3 offshore specialists and 2 onshore specialists, their experience and certifications, the required hardware and software, and a web-based GIS application. The award criteria are price, personnel experience and web-GIS quality.
