Bitterfeld site protection: Renewal of groundwater discharge pipelines in protection area 9 (cemetery)

Summary

MDSE Mitteldeutsche Sanierungs- und Entsorgungsgesellschaft mbH is procuring the renewal and rehabilitation of groundwater discharge pipelines in the cemetery area of Bitterfeld. The works include trench and excavation work over approximately 192 metres from the main manhole to the relief manhole and approximately 110 metres from the main manhole to two operating wells. Pressure pipelines and shut-off valves will be renewed, connections will be made, and old pipe materials and surplus excavated material will be removed.
