Migration and cloud operation of the GIS environment for the District of Hildesheim

Summary

The District of Hildesheim is procuring the migration of its existing geographic information system (GIS) to a new cloud infrastructure, operation of two mirrored data-centre sites and Esri software licensing. The work includes transferring approximately 1.5 TB of data, applications and interfaces, as well as system operation, maintenance, backup, support, training and documentation. The environment must support 12 Creator and 3 Professional Plus desktop users and 600 read-only Viewer users; the cloud and operation contract runs for 48 months from acceptance.
