Clearance and dismantling works

Summary

The tender concerns clearance and dismantling works at the student residence on Heiglhofstraße 64 and 66 in Munich. The services include removing, dismantling, loading, transporting and properly disposing of furniture, fitted kitchens, sanitary equipment, curtains, shelving and other furnishings in 430 student apartments, communal areas and basement and parking areas. The works will be carried out in two stages: House 64 from 23 November 2026 to 21 December 2026 and House 66 from 19 April 2027 to 17 May 2027.
