Framework Agreement for Routine Cleaning at the Hammelburg Site

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement covering routine cleaning at the Bundeswehr site in Hammelburg from 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2031. The work covers more than 200 buildings across several barracks, training, accommodation, office and other areas, as well as sanitary and shower containers. Services include cleaning floors, rooms, sanitary facilities, kitchenettes, saunas and designated specialist areas, with disinfection where required. The workload and schedule depend on building use and may change during the contract. Window, façade and gutter cleaning are outside the main scope. The bidder must provide the required management and cleaning staff and meet ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements, or equivalent standards; certifications must be maintained throughout the contract. Evidence of using environmentally certified cleaning products and a declaration of compliance with sector wage and employment conditions are also required. The site manager must have a relevant qualification or at least 3 years of experience as a cleaning-industry site manager, and the team must include at least two forepersons. Staff must have sufficient German-language skills for the work and comply with Bundeswehr access, safety and confidentiality rules.
