Passenger transport services

Summary

The tender is for transporting students with and without disabilities for Odilienschule Mannheim in school transport outside the regular public transport system. The service period is 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030; pricing must account for the routes, vehicle kilometres, return journeys and school days shown in the price schedule. The bidder must submit a priced offer and the required declarations, including those on safe transport and employee pay. The price schedule requires a complete sample timetable for tour OS 09 with the specified route, passenger, distance and journey-time details and a weekly summary, as well as a one-day sample cost calculation using the stated inputs. Employees must be paid in accordance with the applicable representative collective agreement for public passenger transport in Baden-Württemberg; if that agreement does not cover the exempted school transport, at least the statutory minimum wage must be paid. Price is the sole award criterion; workshops for people with disabilities receive a 15% evaluation bonus and are preferred in the event of a tie.
