Non-exclusive rebate agreement for risedronic acid medicines

Summary

DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude rebate agreements for medicines containing risedronic acid, excluding FTA medicines in 5 mg and 75 mg strengths (ATC M05BA07). The agreements will take effect on 1 December 2026 and run until 30 November 2028, with an option to extend for one 12-month period; they will end earlier if an exclusive agreement for the active substance takes effect.
