UNIHÖ – Lot 205: Structural works

Summary

The procurement covers structural works under Lot 205 of the project to extend and renovate the University Community School building at Höckendorfer Weg 2 in Dresden. The offer must be submitted electronically in German by 17 November 2026 at 15:00. Price is the sole award criterion. Work is scheduled to start on 8 March 2027 and finish on 18 February 2028; the contract provides for a delay penalty of 0.20% of the contract amount per working day, capped at 5% overall.
