Operation and guarding of temporary accommodation for refugees

Summary

Märkisch-Oderland County is procuring the continuous operation of communal accommodation facilities and residential groups for temporary housing, including the necessary organisational, social, administrative and security services, as well as guarding. The contract is divided into four regional lots: Nord-Ost (424 places), Oderraum (395), West (488) and Mitte (250), for a total of 1,557 places. Services are to run from 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2031.
