Framework agreements for installing, expanding and maintaining hazard alarm systems at LWL properties in Westphalia-Lippe

Summary

The LWL building and property management service is procuring framework agreements for the supply, installation, expansion, commissioning, inspection and maintenance of existing fire and intruder alarm systems at LWL properties in Westphalia-Lippe. The work is divided into seven geographic and facility-based lots covering schools, cultural and administrative facilities, youth facilities and psychiatric facilities in West Münsterland, parts of the Ruhr area, South Westphalia, East Westphalia-Lippe and Münsterland. The scope includes compatible system components and peripherals, as well as a continuously available 24-hour fault response service. The framework has a 24-month initial term and may be extended twice by 12 months, for a maximum total term of 48 months.
