Radionuclide laboratory

Summary

The procurement covers the planning and infrastructure for a radionuclide laboratory for the Department of Nuclear Medicine and Theranostics at Klinikum Ludwigshafen, delivered in two stages. The first stage provides for aseptic preparation under laminar-flow conditions, quality assurance of commercially available radiopharmaceuticals, SPECT/CT-based determination of treatment activity and dosimetric analysis. The optional second stage expands the laboratory into a GMP-like facility, including an isolator, synthesis module and hydrogen peroxide generator for aseptic radiopharmaceutical production. Servicing and maintenance of the equipment are required for eight years from commissioning.
