Duisburg Future Garden Kultushafen Catering Modules – Lot 5

Summary

The tender covers the design, manufacture, delivery, installation, connection and handover of a fully operational modular catering facility for the Kultushafen area of Duisburg, as part of the IGA 2027 project. The facility is a one-storey container-based building of approximately 108 m² with a roof terrace, staircase, technical systems, sanitary facilities and interior fit-out. Furniture and the kitchen and counter equipment supplied by the tenant are excluded, but the contractor must coordinate all interfaces and provide the required preparations.
