Workwear rental

Summary

The tender concerns the rental of workwear required for the agricultural chamber’s training and workshop activities, together with laundry, maintenance and logistics services. A four-year framework agreement will start on 1 August 2027. The contractor must supply work, trainee and kitchen garments in various sizes and colours, deliver clean laundry, and collect soiled laundry weekly from four delivery locations. Garments must meet detailed material, fabric-weight, colour, size and design requirements and must be washed at a minimum of 60 °C. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The tender must be submitted in German, using the required forms, by 8 October 2026.
