Frequency multiplier chains for frequencies around 475 GHz and 800 GHz

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of one 475 GHz frequency multiplier chain and two 810 GHz frequency multiplier chains for the University of Cologne's CHAI receiver. The equipment must be installation- and operationally compatible with the existing system and meet at least the specified technical performance requirements.
