Framework agreement for the supply of components for locking systems

Summary

The tender concerns a four-year framework agreement for the supply of components for locking systems for the University of Bonn. The procurement is divided into two lots: mechanical components, with an estimated annual net volume of approximately EUR 17,000, and components from the Simons Voss manufacturer, with an estimated annual net volume of approximately EUR 42,000. The contracting authority has no obligation to purchase a minimum quantity; the maximum quantities are 150% of the quantities stated in the price sheets. The supplier must provide German-language telephone support from Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, deliver stock and core-range items within five working days, and provide deliveries under Incoterms DPU 2020. The bid must be submitted electronically through the NRW procurement marketplace by 15 October 2026 at 23:59. Award criteria are price at 60% and shipping and emergency delivery time at 40%.
