DAK-Gesundheit is procuring pharmaceutical discount agreements for the active substance botulinum toxin type A, limited to onabotulinumtoxin (ATC M03AX21). The agreements are planned for the period from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028 and are to be concluded with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible. They will end automatically when a new exclusive agreement takes effect.
