Renovation of Building A at the Kulmbach Vocational Education Centre

Summary

The Kulmbach District is procuring the partial renovation of Building A at the Kulmbach Vocational Education Centre, including refurbishment of the façade and roof and comprehensive interior and technical upgrades. The works include renewing the central heating supply for the entire school complex, replacing classroom radiators with radiant ceiling heating, installing an elevator, modernising 18 classrooms and associated preparation rooms, and refurbishing administrative and basement areas. The assembly hall will remain available for events and examinations.
