Support measure for Jobcenter Wetterau

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement of the Federal Employment Agency for delivering the “Support” measure in the Jobcenter Wetterau area. The service is intended for participants requiring substantial support, who may face addiction, debt, housing, health or other barriers to entering employment. The procurement is divided into lots, and a bid may be submitted for one or more complete lots. The contractor must provide individual support and preparation for labour-market integration, cooperate with regional labour-market stakeholders, and ensure suitable staff, premises, equipment, digital and, where necessary, location-independent participation support, as well as the required participant and activity documentation. The bid must include a substantive concept addressing the support strategy, organisation, individual approach, staffing, absence management, technical support and previous service quality. Evaluation takes account of concept quality, previous contract performance and price. The result in evaluation areas I–III must reach at least 85% of the score corresponding to fulfilment of the requirements at evaluation level 2; otherwise, the bid is excluded from further evaluation. Bids must be submitted in German exclusively by electronic means by 7 October 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
