Maintenance, Servicing and Requalification of GMP Cleanroom Air, Refrigeration and Measurement, Control and Regulation Systems at the Herford Hospital Pharmacy

Summary

The tender covers maintenance, inspections, fault rectification, servicing and annual requalification of the GMP cleanroom air, refrigeration and measurement, control and regulation systems at the Herford Hospital pharmacy. The services must comply with VDMA 24186 and the relevant DIN, VDI, VDI/BTGA and GMP requirements. The contract starts on 1 November 2026, runs for 5 years and may be extended twice by one year. If required, the contractor must be able to carry out the time-critical initial maintenance during calendar weeks 45–48 of 2026 and submit the requalification results in writing no later than three weeks after sampling. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 1 October 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and quality for 40%; quality is assessed through concept evaluation. The bidder must also take into account a 2% bonus on invoiced annual net turnover and submit the prices, concepts and evidence required by the tender documents.
