Summary

The tender concerns an outreach-based social-pedagogical coaching and activation service delivered through home visits in the Ludwigsburg district for long-term unemployed people and their households who are initially unable to attend a programme outside their homes. The service includes participant activation, needs assessment, an individual support plan, weekly one-to-one home coaching and referral to employment, health, debt and other support services. The main contract runs from 2 April 2027 to 1 April 2028, with two possible extensions of the same length until 1 April 2030.
