Demolition works at the Flinschstraße bus depot in Frankfurt East

Summary

Stadtwerke Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main mbH is procuring demolition and site-clearance works at the planned electric bus depot site on Flinschstraße in Frankfurt am Main. The single lot covers vegetation clearance, removal of interior fittings and hazardous materials, remediation of mould- and faeces-contaminated areas, demolition of buildings 1–7 and the transformer building, partial removal of underground structures while securing neighbouring buildings, earthworks, surface de-sealing, removal of an underground tank and two separators, and transport and lawful recovery or disposal of the resulting materials. The site covers approximately 6,300 m²; the works are scheduled from 4 January to 30 April 2027.
