Roofing and sheet-metal work

Summary

The contract covers roofing and sheet-metal work: installing 525 m² and 110 m² of red clay roof tiles on different substructures, as well as 80 roof-light tiles. The work also includes 53 m of eaves flashing and titanium-zinc gutters, 15 m of rainwater downpipes with bends and outlets, and 60 m of verge and wall flashing. Multiple main tenders are permitted, but each must be independently capable of being awarded. Tenders are evaluated on price; the evaluated price is calculated from the checked tender total, taking into account, among other things, discounts, compensation under the wage escalation clause and maintenance offers.
