Supply of Standard Workplace Hardware, Product Catalogue 2027–2029

Summary

The Ministry of Justice of North Rhine-Westphalia is procuring standard workplace hardware under a product catalogue for 2027–2029, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers desktop computers and accessories, monitors, tablets, convertibles, large and small notebooks, privacy screens and other hardware on request. Lot 2 covers A4 black-and-white and colour printers, printer consumables and other printer hardware; delivery, setup and commissioning of printers are included. Each lot is intended to use a contract without a guaranteed purchase quantity; the listed quantities are estimates based on earlier purchasing patterns.
