GREEN HUB – Lot 005: Carpentry and timber construction works

Summary

Bekotec GmbH is procuring carpentry and timber construction works for the Green Hub coworking building in Lübbenau. The works include, among other items, the supply and installation of approximately 705 m² of timber-frame external walls and 830 m² of cross-laminated timber floors, beams and timber posts, a façade assembly in front of the concrete wall, and temporary protective and weatherproofing works. The planned building has an approximate gross floor area of 3,600 m² and is designed for 150 workplaces; the procurement comprises one lot.
