Supply of a universal tractor with forestry equipment

Summary

The tender is for one new universal tractor with forestry equipment and ready-to-use attachments for a forestry training centre in Saxony. The package includes, among other items, a forestry winch, snowplough, grit spreader, forestry mulcher and a loader-mounted timber grapple. The tractor and every attachment must be compatible and meet the mandatory technical minimum requirements in the tender documents. Key minimum specifications include 110 kW continuous engine power, hydraulic pump output of at least 160 l/min, a rear lift capacity of at least 55 kN and a front linkage capacity of at least 3,000 kg. The winch must provide a constant pulling force of 60 kN (±5 kN); the delivery also includes the other specified working and safety equipment. Bidders must submit a fully completed electronic bid and answer every item in the technical questionnaire. Price is the sole award criterion (100%). The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 4 November 2026 at 09:00 and will remain binding until 4 December 2026. The bid must include, among other items, the competition-register enquiry form, a Russia-sanctions declaration, an exclusion-grounds declaration, and information on subcontractors and reliance on other companies’ capacities. Delivery is required as soon as possible and no later than 30 June 2027, including unloading, commissioning and instruction for three machine operators. A full warranty of at least two years is required, along with an authorised manufacturer service workshop within 50 road kilometres of the training centre.
