Acceptance and recycling of waste paper in the Borken district for EGW
Summary
The tender covers the acceptance, transport, possible sorting and recycling of waste paper collected in the Borken district, including the handling of sorting residues and contaminants, divided into four lots. Services are to be performed from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, with an option to extend the contract until 31 December 2028. Bidders may submit offers for one, several or all lots. Lot 1 concerns 3,000–4,600 Mg per year accepted in Bocholt; Lots 2–4 each concern 2,300–3,500 Mg per year accepted in Gescher. Up to two 36–40 m³ roll-off containers are required in Bocholt, while walking-floor vehicles are generally required for the Gescher lots. All vehicles must meet at least the EURO VI emissions standard and be fitted with particulate filters. The offer must be submitted electronically as a PDF by 15 October 2026 at 11:00. Evaluation is based on the net total charge or total revenue over one year; Lot 1 is awarded to the lowest-priced offer, while Lots 2–4 are evaluated in a joint evaluation model.
