Object planning phases 3-8

Summary

The procurement concerns building planning for the Neubau Straßenmeisterei Borna (construction of sections 1–4). The contract covers HOAI 2021 object planning (PHASES 3–8) with possible inclusion of phase 9 for construction supervision, and is based on the attached AVB. Planning services include the complete planning spectrum from basic evaluation to detailed design, permit plans, tender documentation and cost/schedule coordination, with the potential for preliminary planning (PHASES 1–2) if those objectives are not yet defined.
